You can return a product and we will pay the price if you notify us in writing (via e-mail) at orders@annamariamoutafis.gr or by calling us at 210 4296985, your decision within 2 calendar days of receiving the product from you or from a third party you indicate. By exercising this right you are obliged to return to us the product in the excellent condition in which it was delivered to you or to provide us with clear and indisputable proof that you have sent it safely within 2 calendar days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal by you and we are obliged to refund any amounts you have paid us for this product within 15 calendar days. In any case, the products you wish to return must be accompanied by the necessary legal documents and receipts. Shipping costs of returning the product are not covered by us and are borne by the customer. The money returned by annamariamoutafis.gr will not include the costs of the initial shipment to you.
